Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
